Sailor Jupiter's Boots

A before and after look at the boots for my Sailor Jupiter cosplay.

The boots were a lucky find at Payless. And I had to go to several in order to find my size.

Process:
First I sanded the boots using small pieces of fairly coarse sandpaper, and sanding them down until the surface had a suede-like appearance.

For primer and paint I used the same brand as the top coat "Design Master Colortool Spray". They have a specific primer. And I used Holiday Green for the main green colour. For the sealer I used something that I found in my basement, the brand was Krylon. There might be a Colortool sealer which would probably work well with the paints as well.

Tips:
Other than that all I can say is that you just need to lightly coat the surface with primer (it doesn't need to be made completely white/grey). And then apply the paint in very thin layers, which will help to prevent the surface from cracking longer.
