Ffion - Elven Dress

Backstory: A long time ago my cousin and I started writing a novel length story with three female heroine leads. After recently revisiting the story I have decided to give myself a little project. I am going to attempt to make costume designs for all the clothing changes of these characters throughout the story. That is, The Tol Project. (It's just a little opportunity for design and drawing practice, the actual characters aren't too relevant.)
